Coaching Conditions If we do not receive written or email cancellation before half term your child will be booked onto next terms coaching course. After current half term you will then be sent an invoice requesting payment to be made no later than one week before end of current term. Post dated cheques cannot be cancelled and is an agreement to pay for a child's place that has been reserved by T&C/No refunds, credits or extensions if lessons cancelled due to bad weather. Cancellations are very rare and we turn up and play in rain. We would like to offer refunds but finances do not permit, and we could not continue to offer our large discounts and all year round program. No refunds or credits if your child cannot make a lesson due to sickness or injury. Let us know if long term problem. If floodlights fail or an emergency occurs we are unable to offer a refund, credit or extension, children stay with coach and do tennis theory etc. These situations are extremely rare and out of our hands. Extra play @ yellow ball classes / If a Child in these classes behaves badly during the unsupervised session they will not be able to continue the extra play, this session is also free. Parents can stay but must not go onto the court or interfere with play. If accident occurs the indoor sports centre has first aid facility, phone and staff etc. By leaving your child you are agreeing that they will not be supervised by the coach or any adult after the coaching session.
