IMPORTANT INFORMATION

 OUR RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY:

1. We will reserve your child’s place every term and will not give it away to another child unless you cancel before the required time shown in the cancellation policy. 
2. We agree to turn up even in bad weather conditions.
3. If the venue is shut due to snow. No refunds or credits can be given instead like for like time on a holiday course will be given. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE SIGN BELOW AND RETURN FORM TO COACH IF YOU UNDERSTAND POINTS 1-3 BELOW

1. I agree to pay next terms fees and subsequent terms if I do not cancel before week 3 of every term or no later than one day after my childs 3rd ever lesson.  I will send a text to the coach cancelling the following term.  I understand that no flexibility can be given in this matter.
2. I understand that no refunds or credit can be given for venue shutting for snow
3. I understand that if the government, local council, school or venue shuts the facility down then the course paid for will be made up at a later date.
